2. Products and Availability

  • All products listed are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Subscription Terms

Birra Montecassino offers a subscription service for regular delivery of our craft beer products.

3.1 Subscription Minimum

  • By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of two (2) payment runs before cancellation is permitted.

  • A "payment run" refers to each successful scheduled payment charged according to your selected subscription frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly).

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are not allowed before the second payment run.

  • After the second payment is processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Renewal and Billing

  • Subscriptions automatically renew based on your chosen delivery cycle unless canceled after the second payment.

  • You authorize us to charge your provided payment method at each billing interval.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways.

  • Payment must be received in full before products are shipped.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Subscription holders will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery is available to select regions; availability will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed- 3-5 working days

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened beer.

  • If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
